The first unit I ordered functioned properly for about 3 months after which it started giving issues, it would go offline about 3 to 4 times and then re-connect on its own, nothing major.
When informed the customer care about it and asked for a replacement, they were ready to ship it as soon as they receive defective product. and I received it after sending the product within 3 days, excellent customer service
The device is itself exceptional, installing it is easy if you know your way around your switchboard, and getting it to work with alexa is seamless. I have also set up timers on the app so that the lights are on when I come home at night, and automatically switch off at a set time in the night
The app is very easy to use and the product overall with the customer service is excellent
